This action aims to diagnostics and intervention. A patient who will undergo a catheterization will be done in advance preparation such as by intravenous infusions, installing a heart monitor, and sedatives when necessary. Furthermore, the catheter will be inserted through the vessel darahdi arm or upper thigh and directed toward the heart.Through this catheter the doctor may perform various diagnostic and therapeutic measures. For diagnostic measures, known as coronary angiography, the doctor will insert a contrast fluid through the catheter. This contrast fluid will flow through blood vessels and into the heart valve. Through the monitor x-ray known as fluoroscopy will be able to see many abnormalities and disorders of the heart, among others, such as heart blood vessels narrowed due to plaque.
