In fact, a positive outlook on life is one of the most important thing we can do to maintain brain health and is always ready to use it. How we view ourselves, how we perceive the world around us, and how we interact with others can have great impact on our overall health and of course our brains.
The good news is that all the above matters can be perfectly within our control. No matter what challenges we, we can choose to begin each day by looking glass filled half full rather than half empty glass.
