Acne or acne vulgarism is a common skin disease that causes a pimple on the skin. Acne is not contagious skin disease. Generally, acne appears on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders. Usually the teens and young adults affected by acne, but it can happen to anyone. Acne is not a serious disease, but it can cause scars or pits on the skin.
Symptoms of Acne
If you find white spots or black and rash or even a large clumps that stung around the face, chin, neck, back, chest and shoulders, then you are affected by acne.
What Causes Acne?
Acne is caused by excessive oil due to the influence of hormones (usually during puberty and pregnancy) and dead skin clog pores or hair sacs under the skin. These pouches can become inflamed hair and increase the number of skin bacteria Propionibacterium acnes. Some of heredity can be one cause. Stress does not cause acne but it can aggravate acne.

Keep your skin to keep them clean. Avoid products for the skin that can close the pores of the skin. Wash the skin gently once or twice a day with acne soap or cleaning products. Do not pinch or try to remove a pimple because it can cause infection and scarring. If you only have mild acne you can use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.
Dealing with acne take time. Stay disciplined in care for 6 or 8 weeks. Monitor the treatment process, if your acne does not heal for 8 weeks, see your doctor.
