Prebiotics and Probiotics

Digestion we need to be filled with good bacteria. Since the baby is born, his intestines are inhabited by bacteria that enter the mouth of the baby as it passes through the birth mother. Grow to trillions of good bacteria in the gut, than a thousand species, and most species from the oral cavity.
Livestock bacteria in the gut called "gut flora". Intestinal flora helps the digestive process, synthesize vitamin K, helps the formation of intestinal immune system, disinfect pathogens that enter the gut, neutralize the side effects of drugs, while also helping diarrhea therapy.
When the digestive bacteria deficiency (frequent use of laxatives, frequent diarrhea), will cause the metabolism to be not smooth, prone to inflammation of the colon, and the formation of abnormal stools.
Therefore, every day requires digestion of food for livestock or prebiotic intestinal bacteria, as can be obtained from the onions, bananas, asparagus, tomatoes, cereals, milk, yogurt, honey, and fruits, so that colonies of normal flora (probiotics) to grow by fertile.
