Usually people with insomnia are the seniors. They have trouble sleeping or can not even sleep at all. Approximately 12-25 percent of elderly people reported to suffer from chronic insomnia, but only less than 15% of the therapy.
Some behaviors that can cause you to suffer from insomnia lasting, namely:* Consuming too much caffeine* Drinking alcohol before bed* Smoking before bed* Take a nap in the afternoon or evening over the finger* Sleep disorders are recurrent or irregular
Tip sleeping soundly* Create a sleep schedule* Exercise for 20-30 minutes every day* Exercise 5-6 minutes before bedtime* Avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol* Relax before bed like a warm bath, reading or relaxing activities to facilitate sleep.
