Ambein / Hemorrhoids / Hemorrhoids / Piles

Piles or haemorrhoid can be interpreted as an existing lump around the anus in which there are veins (vein), muscle and elastic connective tissue. The anus itself is an estuary of the large intestine where discharge results from the digestion of food.
Hemorrhoids symptoms
rectal bleeding of fresh blood mixed with the stool (feces) in the form of lines or drip during defecation (bowel movements).
There are lumps in the anus when touched by hand
There was pain when caught hemorrhoids accompanied by injury or infection anal region due to the hard stool
discharge of the rectum so that the anus was wet and continued itching - itching
Advice and Recommendation
1. Eat - high fiber foods approximately 30 grams / day. Eating more fruits, vegetables, seeds - grains to soften and increase the volume of stool (feces).
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Sport or active moves will reduce pressure on the veins prevent constipation (difficult BAB).
4. Prevent sitting and standing too long
5. Do not push
6. Keep the anal area clean to avoid infection and irritation
7. If there is pain and swelling, a cold water compress helps resolve complaints.
